Craig H. Durham 

Craig Durham is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Idaho, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Durham's practice focuses on civil rights litigation and all phases of criminal defense, including trial, appeals, post-conviction, parole, and habeas corpus matters.

Mr. Durham’s particular areas of focus include white-collar criminal defense and civil rights cases involving excessive force or unlawful searches and seizures.

Previously, Mr. Durham was a staff attorney at the United States District Court in Boise for ten years, where he worked closely with federal judges in death penalty and prisoner civil rights cases. He has also been a trial and appellate public defender for many years.

Mr. Durham graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1996. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
